Canada engaged in NGO funding Kashmir Militancy that is spreading around the world. Its might be a rumors. After getting the position as a global terrorist terrorist named Syed Salauddin, International Community is raising against the fund forming policy of Kashmir. Canada has also rejected the ‘charity’ status of ISNA Islamic Services of Canada for “non compliance” according to the notice given by Canada Revenue Agency.

It is the second institute which is connected with North America-Canada (ISNA). It is controlled by the Federal Regulators. Four years ago, a sister concern of ISNA which was also created various panicked related controversy tried to funding for their organization. It was also happened in the Kashmir regional area. A Pakistani relief group was also linked to militancy in the disputed Kashmir region.

The Canadian agency took action after the recent audit cited possible funding of Pakistan militant organisation, Hizbul Mujahideen. A Mosque which is situated in the Toronto collected funding for supporting militants.The organisation “issued donation receipts for a total of USD340,516, under one of three donation categories: ‘Relief’, ‘Zakat’, or ‘Mosque.

The agency also added that, the fund raised by the Mosque was able to form by a non-governmental organization of Canada. And the fund was for supporting Pakistan Based non-governmental Relief Organization entitled for Kashmiri Muslims (ROKM)”.

CRA Charities Directorate, the nodal agency, looked into where the funds were going, what was ROKM using it for and wrote in its newly-released records “Our research indicates that ROKM is the charitable arm of Jamaat-e-Islami, a political organization that actively contests the legitimacy of India’s governance over the state of Jammu and Kashmir, including reportedly through the activities of its armed wing Hizbul Mujahideen,” the CRA wrote.

A Journalist of Global News speaking with Mail Today that, ”who have been following this story, they had changed their status both because the CRA is aware of about their way which they had maintained their books which had to do with how they received the charitable donations.
The allegations that they made was that they had through a mosque raised funds remitted to a Kashmiri relief organisation which as is reported has ties with the Hizbul Mujahideen.”
